This is the December, 1994 edition of the Walnut Creek Sampler CD-Rom. The disc contains sample programs from their line of CD-Rom products, ranging from MS-DOS/Windows shareware to Linux/FreeBSD boot floppies to royalty-free images. An index files of all of the discs is included
to provide a reference of what is available in each of the titles.

GO.BAT MS-DOS batch file: views readme, view.doc, then starts VIEW.EXE
VIEW.EXE MS-DOS: file viewer for the index files
CATALOG.EXE Windows: Electronic catalog and product sampler
GIFVIEW.EXE Windows: GIF viewer (included as a bonus)
DIRS.TXT Text file: description of the directories
00_INDEX.TXT Text file: lists all of the files on the disc
V_INST.BAT MS-DOS batch file: Installs VPIC .GIF viewer onto your HD
VUNINST.BAT MS-DOS batch file: Uninstalls VPIC .GIF viewer from your HD
\UTILS Directory: MS-DOS utilities used on this disc

To use this disc, you will need to unarchive the .ZIP compressed programs on the CD-Rom to your hard disk. To make browsing the disk easier, there is a VIEW program for MS-DOS in the root directory of the CD-Rom. This program allows you to page through the index files and then unarchive the program(s) you want onto your hard disk.
